the site is to obtain and provide information about rehearsal and performance spaces from the site, and no other
use is permitted. We offer access to this site free of charge to facilitate information on the availability of
rehearsal and performance space and other workspace-related music opportunities in New York City. We welcome
visitors to the site but want to make it clear what rules apply to your use of our site. Your arrangements for
booking rehearsal and/or performance space are a matter between you and the facility from which you lease the
space in question; we disclaim any responsibility for issues or claims arising out of or related to that relationship
or your use of the space. We are an information source, and we rely on information
provided to us by third-parties in relation to workspaces and work-related opportunities; we are not otherwise
responsible in any way for your arrangements.
2. Copyright and Permissions. Copyright in all material on this site is owned by NYC Performing Arts Spaces or its
affiliates worldwide.

3. Trademarks. All trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and trade styles on this site are owned by NYC
Performing Arts Spaces or its affiliates. Proper use is limited to use in connection with the products and services
of the mark owner and no other use is permitted without the owner's prior written permission. The following marks are
owned by NYC Performing Arts Spaces: NYC Music Spaces(tm), nycMusicSpaces.org.
4. Responsibility. NYC Performing Arts Spaces does not monitor this site and its use at all times but reserves the
right to do so.
5. Acceptable Site Use.
(a) Security. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting
to violate the security measures on this site, including, without limitation:
(1) Using a false password or one belonging to another user or accessing
data not intended for the user or logging into a server or account which
such user is not authorized to access;

authorization;

voluntarily submitted by users as non-confidential and free of any claims

7. Internet and Links. NYC Performing Arts Spaces assumes no responsibility
for the security of this site or your communications with the site on the
